Q: What is your return policy?
A: If your hat turns out to be the wrong size or color, we'll exchange it or give you a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the hat hasn't been worn or damaged in any way.

Q: What are your hats made out of?
A: Our hats are made of a variety of materials - cotton, tapestry, velvet, and wool felt are the most common. Have something particular in mind? Let us know - we have access to many different fabrics.

Q: Could you make me a leather hat?
A: Leather work is quite different from working with fabric and felt. While we don't work in leather, we can point you in the direction of some wonderful leather workers.

Q: Are your hats waterproof?
A: Most flat caps and muffins can be worn in the rain without damage, but felt or buckram hats could be damaged by water. Feathers are not waterproof and will bleed when wet.
